London home care were asked to give a quote for an elderley family members house after things had become too much for her.
The house was in a very very bad state and they gave a very competitive quote and were asked to take the mammoth task on.
Abi made contact within hours and explained what was going to be done and asked if I had any questions. All was agreed and the work was due to start the next day.
I travelled for 2 hours and met Frank at the house. I was greeted with the most friendly of smiles. Knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about the occupant of the house. They never judged, never complained about the job in hand and just got in with it.
They treated the clean up like they were doing it for one of their own family members.
They wore correct PPE and had respect for owners personal items.
Photos were sent on the bank holiday to show completed task.
I cannot reccomend this company enough.
Nothing was too much and I felt they went above and beyond for such a competitive price!!
I understand they offer care packages too so when my family member comes out of hospital they will be my first point of contact.
10/10 for everything!
